A. Informal Resolution First. Before formal proceedings, contact us at zlmoldsteel@163.com to resolve disputes informally.
B. Binding Arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Hong Kong. The arbitration award is final.
C. No Class Actions. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
D. Exception. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
